I feel like we also need to push black kids to enter different fields. For years we’ve only told our kids they can be certain things and not others, let’s open it up and allow our kids to be what they want.

  I definitely agree with this. Might sound corny asab, but I think we’ve got to better show the fun of learning. That way, black kids can become more interested in those other fields.
