I do yoga everyday to get my mind off of things and read a book after doing so. Honestly taking time off to focus on my mental health has been my main hope during this pandemic and I hope everyone takes some time to care about themselves. Because if you don’t care about yourself nobody else will.

Hopefully with this recent surge in social media and attention that this genocide is getting Palestine will get the attention it has deserved all along and we can change the narrative and make it better and one filled with peace.
