I don’t know the right way to phrase this, but one fruit of the BLM movement that I am not too fond of is it’s romanticize toon in social media through forms of performative activism. Most often performed by non poc.

I feel as though due to culture, stigmas, and various other factors, men as a whole often suppress emotions. This can sometimes lead to mental illness that goes unaddressed which can be detrimental to the overall well being of an individual. With that being said I think it is important for these factors to be deconstructed and dismantled.
