I definitely agree that 2016 was a huge turning point in the social political climate. I think I would blame most of it on the news stations because they were feeding people information like “trump will never win he has a 1% chance of winning”. As far as my political stance. I’m a Republican, if you want to get specific I’m closer to a libertarian. Very economically conservative, but I believe in rights for all and fair treatment for everyone here in the US.
