I believe the reason why Sudanese men have so much built up anger towards Sudanese women (ex. the recent violence we’ve seen against Sudanese women based on how they’re dressed) is because of the misogyny instilled not only from their fathers but also their mothers who see women as competition rather than actual human beings.
