I totally agree with you! The pandemic was so hard on everyone, even on people who did not have any close relatives die. I think that is why focusing on mental health during the pandemic is very important. Especially when everyone had to quarantine. Some people live in toxic households that cause their mental health to deteriorate. Some people already had poor mental health before the pandemic, and it only became worse throughout. The more conversations had about mental health, especially during this pandemic, the more people could find the resources they need to get help and feel like they are not alone.
