I think one of my biggest concerns is that the Haitian people are mourning, yet we don’t have the privilege of getting the truth. The news is telling us something, social media is showing us things, our friends and families are telling us other things and none of it is adding up. I feel like I’m in a movie where the people watching know the answers but we, those that are present in the film, are stuck looking for answers that are purposely hidden. We need more, we deserve more, and we demand more.
