It’s sad that African American mental health isn’t taken seriously by the world and is neglected by its members. One may say we are tougher than others but that doesn’t mean the brain. The brain is fragile and needs to be taken care of more than ones physical body. I myself deal with facing my own problems but I’ve been working on it more and more everyday because everyday black men are taking their own lives and we all must show each other that’s it’s okay not to be okay.
